More Phasmo

After the hasty launch of Phasmodeck.com I tried it out in a multi-player game. It turns out that it sucks. It's hard to tell which ghosts are likely because there isn't enough visual distinction.

I fixed that a bit by removing ghosts with elimited evidence, but I haven't removed ghosts based on confirmed evidence yet.

Unrelated, I also added some drop shadows to make the highlights look cyberpunky, like light bleed on a CRT.

It would be really nice if I could just mod the game because the in-game journal is still necessary.
