Ghost Elimination and Evidence Details

Ghost elimination and confirmation was pretty wonky. Now it will hide ghosts that do not have evidence that has been confirmed already. It will also hide ghosts that have eliminated evidence. I'm still on the fence about whether ghosts should actually be hidden or just visually de-emphasized.

Evidence status will also now be reflected in the ghost details panel...sorta. It's a bit meh because ghost selection is messed up still, so you can still see a ghost that is hidden in the list if it was selected prior to elimination. I'll fix this eventually. For now there is no eliminated state for evidence in the panel.
